Die Verschmutzung der Meere durch Plastik ist eines der größten Umweltprobleme unserer Zeit. Pro Jahr landet nach wie vor zu viel davon in den Ozeanen. Wir müssen jetzt handeln, um das zu ändern!

Wir bei DR.BELTER® haben uns zum Ziel gesetzt, nachhaltig bis ins letzte Detail zu werden – Verpackungen und Recyclingkonzepte werden ebenso wichtig wie der natürliche Inhalt:

Die Verpackungen der Linie »N« bestehen zu fast 100 % Rezyklat (= PCR post consumer recyclate). Bei der Auswahl der Einzelteile haben wir zusätzlich auf die Recyclingfähigkeit geachtet - also möglichst sortenreine Packteile gewählt, die eine hohe Recyclingquote erzielen, und eben nicht im Meer landen.

OWP – eine Kombination aus vielen großartigen Dingen!

Mit ihrem Kauf in Europa den Ozean in Indonesien von Plastik befreien? Wir machen das!

Die Verpackungen der Linie »N« tragen das OWP Siegel – das steht für Ocean Waste Plastic. Das bedeutet: für jedes von uns verwendete Verpackungsteil wird in gleicher Menge - 1:1 in Indonesien Plastikmüll aus den Meeren und Flüssen gefischt und vor Ort dem Recycling-Prozess zugeführt. Der die herausgefischten Teile werden zunächst sortiert, gesäubert und anschließend zu Granulat verarbeitet. Aus diesem recycelten Rohstoff werden dann neue Produkte hergestellt.

Ergo: hier sinnvoll handeln im Sinne der Kreislaufwirtschaft + positiven Effekt im entfernten Ozean erzielen. Das hat seinen Preis aber den tragen wir gerne.
